Michelle Brademeyer from Missoula, MO had posted allegations on her Facebook page of the TSA treating her daughter unfairly for continually crying and even asked her to “spread her legs.” At the Wichita Mid-Continent Airport, the girl had seen her Grandmother cross a checkpoint, but set the alarm off and needed to be re-scanned. The child ran over to hug the Grandmother and the officer began yelling at her and demanded she sat down. Then he reportedly called for back up and did a full body pat down on the little girl. Michelle was denied being able to comfort her upset daughter during the ordeal. Rep. Denny Rehberg (R-MT) stated that he is outraged over her treatment. “Something is clearly very wrong if TSA’s protocol forced them to harass a four-year-old girl until she cried,” Rehberg said. “I intend to sit down with the TSA immediately and demand some answers.” The TSA defended the actions by saying they were following protocol. “TSA has reviewed the incident and determined that our officers followed proper current screening procedures in conducting a modified pat-down on the child,” said Sterling Payne, of the TSA Office of Public Affairs. As a result, the young girl and the entire family is horrified by this event, as they should be.

June 22, 2011 was the day after Ryder’s first birthday. He had just turned into a big, beautiful one-year-old. Though, this day was no ordinary day, this was the day that Ryder was taken away from his family. Ryder’s mother, Tawney Johnson, had come home during lunch to visit her brave little boy. Tawney returned to work at noon, and by 12:14pm, the nanny had called 911, stating Ryder was holding his toy and had fallen backward, and that his eyes were rolling back in his head. A CT from the emergency room showed bleeding at the front left portion of Ryder’s brain. The nanny later changed her story to her being in the kitchen where she heard a big thud. “Kelli Anne Jacobsen, 27, of Richland, was charged Thursday with first-degree manslaughter for recklessly causing Ryder’s death by inflicting abusive head trauma to the boy.” “Dr. Kenneth Feldman, said the brain bleed that Ryder suffered normally is caused from severe whiplash events that also can cause neck muscle and spinal cord bleeding, documents said. Tawney and her friends have been devastated ever since. For now, Tawney has been medically unable to work and has since then started a “Justice For Ryder Foundation”. They are selling bracelets and key chains to help support her through this time she needs to grieve.

Today the search of Othniel Miller’s basement is winding down into completion. The basement that once had been Miller’s workshop was on the way to Etan’s bus stop. Cadaver dogs had smelled human remains, which led to the search unit breaking up the cement in the basement. All that was found was a possible blood stained cylinder block, which is usually inconclusive, and some human hair that was not blonde. Miller has been cooperating with the investigation for 30 years, and his attorney is upset with all of the negative press. He added, “Just as we recently witnessed in the Treyvon Martin case, people with access to unconfirmed information about the Etan Patz investigation have leaked those secrets to the news media for their own inappropriate purposes. Random bits of uncorroborated information and supposition, the types of which law enforcement hopes will lead to actual competent evidence, serve no purpose in the public domain other than to skew public opinion and malign unfortunate individuals who cannot effectively respond.” Miller isn’t considered a suspect. The main suspect in the case is Patz’s once babysitter’s boyfriend, Jose Ramos, who is currently serving 20 years in prison for an unrelated molestation charge, in Pennsylvania. Ramos is due to be released from prison in November. As of 2 years ago, Etan’s parents had not changed their phone number or moved just in case he ever needed them. “‘We didn’t know what had happened to him, so, of course, the thought in the backs of our minds was always that we should be here for him,’ father Stanley Patz said on ’20/20′.”

The search continues for the notorious missing case involving Etan Patz, 6. On May 25th, 1979, Etan was walking two blocks to his Manhattan school for the first time ever. The night before his disappearance he was seen with a neighbor man, Othneil Miller, 75, who has been established as the main “person of interest” due to an unrelated “molestation chain”. Miller was divorced from his ex-wife 1 year ago for sexually molesting her 10-year-old niece. The basement of retired Miller used to serve as a workshop and was en route of Etan’s bus stop. The basement is where authorities have been searching for anything out of the ordinary, and even digging up concrete. “Authorities have found a suspicious stain on the wall of a basement being searched in the decades-old disappearance of 6-year-old Etan Patz, a source close to the case confirmed to FoxNews.com.” The stain was discovered by spraying the chemical luminol, which isn’t always conclusive. CNN reported: “Mr. Miller has been cooperating with this investigation for over 30 years,” attorney Michael Farkas said. “He has continued to cooperate on multiple occasions. And I am going to assist him in cooperating to the fullest extent possible.” Another suspect was Etan’s former babysitter’s boyfriend, Jose Ramos, 68, who admittingly attempted to molest Etan, but denies the abduction or murder of Etan. Ramos is currently serving a 20-year sentence for abusing an 8-year-old boy in Pennsylvania, and is due to be released this November.
